Solstice Lion

You dug your claws in -

toppled me until I understood

that I needed to ask for help

with a lion's voice -

and it would be given.

Solar king, you are training

this queen to become lionhearted -

to align with an ancient star message

hidden with time but now revealed

for our salvation.

May the Thousand Years of Peace

begin with my awakening -

and yours, too -

as the Sun rises to power again

this Solstice night.

Who is She?

Mysterious changing Woman

dancing on the edge of magic.

Who is He?

Alight with kindness,

a fearless warrior of Peace.

Who are We?

A homeless tribe

in search of true Warmth.

Who are They?

The yet-to-be Friends

knocking always at the door.
